OmegaTwixt allows users to post content including text, images, videos, and other materials ("User Content").

• Promotes violence, terrorism, or criminal activity

OmegaTwixt reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict any content that violates these Terms or Google Play policies.

4. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of your User Content.  

However, by posting content on OmegaTwixt, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and use your content for operating and improving the Service.

5. Advertising & Monetization

OmegaTwixt may display advertisements and sponsored content.  

Some eligible creators may participate in monetization programs subject to additional terms.

We do not guarantee earnings, visibility, or revenue from any monetization feature.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.  

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By using OmegaTwixt, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform

   

• Abuse reporting or moderation systems

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmegaTwixt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
